This machine is a standard thick film circuit printer. Its main features are easy to use, high efficiency and high precision.
The whole squeeze casting of the machine head adopts full motor design, and the operating table, scraper, printing and vacuum are all driven by motor.
The printing pressure is stabilized by an electric proportional valve within ±0.01Mpa (such as 0.54-0.56Mpa) to further improve the accuracy of the air pressure control.
The overall structure - the body is welded with U-shaped steel, the overall surface flat grinding accuracy is ±0.05, the head unit is integrally cast.
Power drag--Printing pressure, printing rack drive and platform drive are separately driven by independent power source and coordinated action.
Screen rack structure
--The screen frame adopts a four-column fixed structure, which is compact and rigid.
